If you don’t have your designer, “DEFINE DESIGN” can help you to pick up the right items & right material according to your house style. Which we call furnishing proposal. We are charging furnishing proposal per sqm at our cost price, just to enable you to make a right decision.

Q3: How much do you charge to do interior design for my house?
A3: Interior design fee will be charged different for different works and different area size.
A successful design works 50% depends on a good layout design. It will affect all of your lifestyle in the house.
Our experienced designer will start from communication, demand research, and then layout design, function design, and then appearance, material, color, connection between spaces to spaces, items to items, and connection between spaces to people, items to people.
You can tell us what do you expect from us about design:
* Concept Design: design theme, design element, design idea
* 3D design: 3D prospective
*Implement drawing design: furniture layout, ceiling layout, elevation drawing, section details. And electricity, lighting, water drawing etc.

Q4: How can I get quotation for the joinery furniture if I don’t have design yet.
A4: We have many design options, you can choose a favor design and we make quotation according to your overall size, material preference etc. If you are satisfied with the quotation, we need to get deposit and then make detailed design according to accurate dimension & function. We update price accordingly. Our quotation is split into each material section, unit price is per sqm, per piece, so it won’t have cases like we try to increase price after you pay deposit. Our target is customer’s satisfaction.

Q5: Can I change finishing material?
A5: Yes, you can change finishing material. There are material options following each item link, if you cannot get the material options, please contact our sales manager for help.

Q6: Can I change dimension?
A6: Original size follows the perfect size ratio at the most competitive price. So we normally don’t suggest to change dimension unless that’s customized unit. Or suggest other options which can fit.
In case you have to change dimension to fit for your space, we will try our best to modify our mold, but the price will be
different at customized level.

Q7: Can you do customized?
A7: Yes, we started our business from customized furniture since 2001, we made shop drawing according to photos and specification, our carpenters all have over 30 years experience.

Q8: How many days require for delivery?
A8: Light luxury product will be 45 days, minimalism product will be 30 days.

Q9: How much is the freight?
A9: Because furniture is heavy products, the best delivery is by sea. The more items to be shipped together will get more
competitive freight. Around 20-30 items in 28CBM to be stuff in 1x20GP container, FCL shipment can get the best ocean freight.
After you select all items, we will help you to calculate CBM and check out the freight for you.
Our forwarder offers us the best fee always, with door to door delivery.
